Lists and campaigns are stored privately in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent to a server, so a different browser or device starts empty, and clearing the browser's site data deletes them.
Daily caps, gaps, sending hours and the auto-confirm timer are set once on the DM Queue page (Edit limits). They apply to every campaign.
